Meal Delivery

To Receive Mobile Meals, one must be…

• Homebound
• Live alone or be alone during the day
• Unable to prepare a meal due to physical and/or emotional limitations
• No income or age restrictions apply
• Receive an in-home assessment by a Mobile Meals Outreach Director

Meals are delivered each weekday excluding few select holidays.

Nursing Ministry

• In-home nursing visits to meal recipients by three Registered Nurses
• Coordination & consultation with physicians, pharmacists, and other community agencies
• Assist with case management
• Encourage healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
• Provide health screenings and health education
• Connect recipients with community health resources
• Provide physical, mental, emotion, and spiritual encouragement

Pastoral Care Ministry

• Mobile Meals has a Lay Pastor to visit recipients and volunteers who are in need of encouragement
• Many recipients suffer from depression and loneliness and have no one to visit them
• Mobile Meals Lay Pastor shares God’s love
