Angels on Wheels volunteers are needed to help provide transportation for doctor’s appointments.
RN’s are needed to perform periodic blood pressure checks for volunteers.

Companion Pet Program
A group of dedicated volunteers gather once a month to package and distribute dog and cat food for recipients who may not be able to obtain food for their pets.  For more information about the Companion Pet Program call Kathy Felker @ 573-7684.

The Companion Pet Program receives grants from The Banfield Charitable Trust to help buy food for the program.

Mail Collating
Help stuff envelopes, fold Mobile Meals newsletters, and affix labels for mailing.  This requires 4 hours every 4 months or so.

Meal Packaging
Assemble prepared food into 3-compartment meal containers for recipients from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Come once a week or once a month to help package meals.

Van Drivers
Load one of our two Mobile Meals vans with meals and beverages and deliver coolers to designated drop-sites in Spartanburg County from 8:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Special Events
Mobile Meals hosts fundraising events throughout the year.  Help with flower deliveries, golf tournaments, dinners, luncheons, and various other special events.  Hours are as needed.

Corporate and Civic Volunteer Programs
Is your company, civic club, or church looking for a community project?  Mobile Meals offers an excellent opportunity for businesses and organizations to get involved.  Using our easy-to-follow model, we will form a team of Meal Delivery Drivers consisting of 6-8 people, including a team coordinator.  By working in teams, each person gives only one lunch hour per month.  Come join us and be a part of the ministry.
