Brown’s Meat Market is extending their challenge!

For every Brown Reaper sausage sold from now until February 1, 2020 Brown’s Meat Market  will donate 1 pound of beef to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Inc.

The Brown Reaper is made in-house from Carolina Reaper peppers and a custom spice blend. Declared by Guinness World Records as the hottest pepper in the world, the Carolina Reaper heats up at an average of 1.5 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) per pepper. For reference, a jalapeno registers a mere 2,500 – 8,000 SHU.
